HR appreciate that this is additional work for schools and apologies for this.<\/p>\n<p>PLEASE <strong>DO NOT<\/strong> DELETE YOUR IMPORTED RECONCILIATION FILE FROM FMS AS PER OUR FIRST UPDATE.<\/p>\n<p>Please follow the steps below \u2013<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately the pay reference in SIMs.net staff contracts will need to be amended to match the iTrent format ready for all pay files.<\/p>\n<p>All schools will need to complete the following \u2013<\/p>\n<p>Step 1 \u2013<br \/>\nUpdate all payroll references in SIMS .net by removing the \u2013 and replacing with zero and save.<\/p>\n<p>Step 2 \u2013<br \/>\nRun Salary Projections in FMS<\/p>\n<p>Step 3 \u2013<\/p>\n<p>If you have not yet imported the file please import and the file will automatically reconcile as the payroll numbers now match.<\/p>\n<p>If you have already imported the file and it has failed automatic reconciliation select the re process file option in FMS.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any problems with this, please contact ScoMIS on 01392 385300<\/p>\n<p>Any direct iTrent queries contact Payroll on 01392 383000 and ask for Payroll or email: payroll@devon.gov.uk<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After further discussions please see the following advice around the import of reconciliation files for November.
