Schools and settings are not only places of academic learning but also environments that shape values, attitudes, and opportunities. Promoting equality ensures that all learners &#8211; regardless of background, identity, or ability &#8211; have fair access to education and the support they need to succeed. This is an ideal opportunity for whole school and individual staff to access CPD at a time convenient to them for self-study.
