to add\/amend Early Years information in Bromcom for school census."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Funding data items<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 2yr old basis for funding and pupil premium reports are issued by the Early Years team following the submission of the headcount task.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All information relating to funding eligibility is captured in the Funding and Allowances Panel of the pupil\u2019s record;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open up the pupil record and click on the drop down menu on the right hand side of the first panel.\u202f&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>click on Funding and Allowances, click on the Early Years Pupil Premium tab and enter the information here;\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>click on Additional information and tick the relevant box for the basis for 2yr old funding.\u202f There is also a field for the eligibility code to be Years Hours<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the EY funding items information is up to date and accurate, you will be able to run your census and enter the hours for the Early Years into the Pupil Reconciliation panel.\u202f Please ensure all early years pupils are listed, as expected.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"455\" bulk entering of hours you can simply click on Update Funded Hours and then enter the hours which will then populate into each pupil.\u202f You can then amend any that have different hours attended or funded.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"180\" height=\"175\" hours separately for each pupil.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is possible to download an excel spreadsheet (or other document) of the information by clicking onto Excel (Grid Actions) in the Pupil Reconciliation panel.\u202f This may make it easier to check the data that has been entered.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"388\" information is entered you will need to Save and Validate your census.\u202f If you have made a mistake, you can either reset the whole panel to zero or amend each individual pupil in the list in the
