A weekly bulletin will be sent out to schools listing all Priority Action entries and Reminders, and a link to the Interested In Categories every Wednesday (term time only). They are : <span style=\"color: #2d8659;\">Archive<\/span>, <span style=\"color: #2d8659;\">Interests, Purposes, School Types<\/span>. Please note that <span style=\"color: #2d8659;\">Interests<\/span> will only show if there are communications in this category already and you will then see the main parent category on this right hand menu. If unable to view,\u00a0 the download option is the best one. You will\u00a0 also see a website link option.<\/li>\n<li>Title of Communication<\/li>\n<li>Description of Communication.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0Purposes (Explained)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>For Action \u2013 Select if the communication needs to be replied to by schools, i.e if it has a reply-by date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>For Information\/Guidance \u2013 Information that is for schools ranging from guidance, to newsletters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>For Priority Action \u2013 If an urgent reply is needed (not for courses as this is optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Reminder \u2013 This can be viewed at the top of\u00a0 the home page. The scrolling banner lists reminders and reply-by dates in three days of the date. Please note that weeks without communications to schools are ignored and the links will go to the last week where a communication was made in this category.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The Weekly summary will get sent to schools on a <span style=\"color: #c75000;\">Wednesday (during term time only).<\/span> It will list all <span style=\"color: #2d8659;\">Priority Action<\/span> entries and <span style=\"color: #2d8659;\">Reminders <\/span> and show a link to the <span style=\"color: #2d8659;\">Interested In\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\">and <span style=\"color: #2d8659;\">School Type<\/span><\/span> <\/span>categories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Staff\/Clients\/Schools\/Public can subscribe to weekly or instant subscription by clicking on the <a title=\"Allert Me\" href=\"https:\/\/public.govdelivery.com\/accounts\/UKDEVONCC\/subscriber\/new\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8216;alert me&#8217;<\/a> button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>When clicking on a selection (such as the <span style=\"color: #2d8659;\">\u2018Interested In\u2019<\/span>category or sub-category), you can see that at the top it shows you the week commencing to and from.
