Winning Strategies to Transform Teaching and Learning Conference | Wednesday 28th February 2018
With school leaders and teachers working an average of 54.4 hours a week (Teacher Workload Survey, 2016) there is an ever increasing pressure on their time and resources. It has never been so important to stop, reflect and learn how to use limited resources most efficiently. Time management is the thread running through almost all aspects of teaching, with effective lesson planning essential for freeing up valuable time.
This conference has been designed specifically to provide teachers and leaders with winning strategies and tools to improve time management, planning and teaching practice to enhance your pupils’ performance.
Keynote speaker, Sarah Wright from Edge Hill University will share strategies for effectively managing your time, followed by Author and Educational Expert Mike Gershon. Mike is the author of more than 30 books and 50 guides covering different areas of teaching and learning and will talk about stretching and challenging all learners.
