Introduction to maximising the practice of teaching assistants

This half day event will look to explore key research around TA role and how this supports children and teachers to improve outcomes for children. It will include current thinking around effective deployment, working with pupils and using a scaffolding framework developed by the EEF.

Delegates will be provided with the opportunity to share best practice with colleagues from across the South West, as well as developing their skills in their role of a TA within the classroom and school setting.
