Budget Planning Workshops For Headteachers, Finance Administration Staff/Bursars and Lead Finance Governors

This is a workshop style session intended to help you compile your budget for 2018/19 and revise plans for future years. It will be an opportunity to refine the initial work on the Financial Planning Suite (FPS) application and will allow a chance to discuss and amend the draft plan.

This course will give you time to address any budget issues and enable you to act where necessary. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work away from school in a quiet environment with Education Finance Consultants on hand to offer advice where needed.

There will also be a representative from both the School Improvement and Governor Support Team to provide information on how to better link budget planning with the School Development Plan.
