From Counting to Calculating -Maths Intervention Training for Teaching Assistants –

This training enables participants to run the intervention programme From Counting to Calculating and provides participants with an understanding of key elements of maths and the connective model, which they can use and apply when supporting any children with their mathematics. For this reason many schools have used the training for all TAs who support maths in the school, not just those who regularly run maths interventions. For the training term, participants must run the intervention programme.
