B3327 between Watergate Bridge and Stibb Cross and the junction with A388 at Stibb Cross
What we are doing
Patching, covering, kerbing, drainage, and overlay work will take place in 4 phases on B3327 between Watergate Bridge and Stibb Cross and the junction with A388 at Stibb Cross. 4 road closures will occur between 5-30 June.
The Phase 3 works are anticipated to have the largest impact on the surrounding area however this will be minimised where possible.
Traffic management
Phase 1 – 5-14 June – Patching Works – B3327 Watergate Bridge to Dragon Hill – 24-Hour Closure
The works will be carried out under a 24-hour road closure including weekends. Access to Langtree will be maintained from Stibb Cross and for school buses.
Phase 2 – 19-23 June – Patching Works – B3227 Stibb Cross to Langtree Village entrance – 24-Hour Closure
The works will be carried out under a 24-hour road closure. Access to Langtree will be maintained from Stibb Cross and for school buses.
Phase 3 – 26-27 June – Various Works – Junction of B3227 and A388 Stibb Cross – 0800-1800
The works will be carried out under a road closure between 0800-1800 to address issues with covers, kerbing, and drainage. Access from Shebbear will not be possible into the junction. Access for school buses will be maintained.
Phase 4 – 28-30 June – Overlay Works – B3227 for 120m from the junction with A388
The works will be carried out under a 24-hour road closure. Access to school buses will be maintained.
Diversion route
There will be a signed diversion route in place for all phases.
