What we are doing

Works will be taking place along the A381 between 6 – 24 February. This work will involve vegetation maintenance and crown lifts which requires the highway to be closed for safety reasons. We will also clear and survey the drainage system.

Road closures

The road will be closed overnight from 7pm – 7am.

Local traffic

The traffic management with be road closures with diversion routes. The local authority is obliged to sign diversions that use roads of the same classification to the road that is temporarily closed.  Drivers may choose to use local knowledge to identify alternative, and possibly shorter, routes. Local access for residents and emergency access will be maintained.
