A375 Sidford Road – Sidmouth

What we are doing

Following the drainage and resurfacing works  in October a number of minor repair works were identified. The repairs will be carried over over a week from Monday 6 to Friday 10 March.

The work will include uncovering manhole covers and water stop cocks covered over by surfacing works, raking the grass verges that were left untidy, and trimming vegetation.

Traffic management

The works will be carried out using temporary traffic lights, with a road closure and diversion for two days.

The road closure will take place Thursday 9 to Friday 10 March between 9:30am – 3:30pm. The works are in a residential area so cannot be carried out at night.

Local traffic

Local access for residents and emergency access will be maintained. Traffic Management personnel will escort residents and be on hand to help and advise when it is safe to enter the site. There may be some delay while we make the site safe and we ask for your patience at these times.
