What we are doing

Between 20 February – 25 February resurfacing works will be taking place along the A3079 Lane End.

Road closure

The road will be closed from 20 February – 25 February and will be closed 24 hours a day. Access with maintained for residents during the closure.

Diversion route

There will be a signed diversion route in place.

Local traffic

The local authority is obliged to sign diversions that use roads of the same classification to the road that is temporarily closed.  Drivers may choose to use local knowledge to identify alternative, and possibly shorter, routes. Local access for residents and emergency access will be maintained.
