Declaration of responsibility

I am aware that public liability insurance is recommended but not required and that Devon County Council will not be held responsible for any claims made as a result of this event(Required)
I will maintain/accommodate access for emergency vehicles(Required)
I will take responsibility for any damage to the highway or street furniture that occur as a result of the street party(Required)
I will ensure that the necessary signs and cones are in place to effect the closure and are checked regularly during the street party(Required)
I will ensure that the street is cleaned, if appropriate, to return it to its condition prior to the party(Required)
I will liaise with all residents and businesses(Required)
I will advise bus companies, if necessary, 2 weeks prior to the event(Required)
I will abide by the requirements of the Environmental Health Department regarding noise pollution(Required)
