If you have a complaint, about an issue on the highway, the first stage is to make us aware of the problem so that we have an opportunity to resolve the situation. This can be done either through our report a problem page , speaking to a live chat adviser or by contacting our Customer Service Centre.
Possible reasons for a complaint are:
If you have been unable to resolve the matter informally, directly with the Highways Service, and you wish to take the matter further and register a formal complaint please use our online form.
