Larkbeare House offers a stunning venue for your perfect wedding day

Set within beautiful grounds near the centre of Exeter, Larkbeare House is licensed for civil marriage ceremonies throughout the year. The elegant Killerton Room is used for the ceremony and can sit up to 60 guests.

The secluded grounds make a wonderful backdrop for your photographs.

Larkbeare is located within easy reach of Exeter city centre and is accessible from the M5 and other major routes, it has ample parking available.

  • Ceremony only – 1 hour – £575 (including registrars)

The Boatshed – a civil ceremony venue with a difference!

The Boatshed

Set in the stunning woodland gardens of Larkbeare House our latest licensed area overlooks the picturesque Exeter Quay.

The venue is available Thursday to Sunday from 1 April to 31 October. Up to 20 guests can be seated along with 10 standing (not including the couple, registrars and photographer).

Fee: £575 for a 1-hour slot (ceremony takes approx. 30 mins).

Due to the location of The Boatshed, if the weather is inclement the ceremony will take place in the Killerton Room.
