When should we arrive?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You should arrive around 15 to 20 minutes before the ceremony. If you are arriving separately that is fine, just stagger your arrivals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The registrars will need to speak to you privately to check the details to be entered in the register. You will also be asked to give your mother and father\u2019s full name and occupation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where can guests park?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There is a free car park within the grounds. Disabled parking bays are at the far end of the building. The postcode for the car park is EX39 3BE – please note this is different to the one for the building so is the best one to supply to guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where are the toilets?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There are accessible toilets on the first floor – the lift can be used for access to this floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What time should guests arrive and where should they go?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Guests can arrive around 20 minutes before the ceremony. The ceremony room is on the first floor and there is a lift. We do ask that no one enters the room until advised to do so by the registrars and that noise is kept to a minimum as other ceremonies could be taking place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How many guests can we have?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The ceremony room holds 46 plus the couple. This number must include any children or babies, photographers, or videographers you may have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can we decorate the space?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As we do multiple ceremonies each day, we do not allow the decoration of the ceremony spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is there an aisle?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Yes, there is an aisle in the ceremony room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can we have music and how is it played?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Yes, you are welcome to have music but it must not be religious in any way and needs to be approved by us, so all the tracks you wish to use must be stated on your preference form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not provide anything to play music on so the best thing for this is to bring a Bluetooth, battery operated, speaker and a have a guest operate the music on a phone from their seat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can we have confetti?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Confetti is only permitted outside and must be bio-degradable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can we have drone photography?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Drone photography is not permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can we write our own script?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All our registrars write their own ceremony scripts so they are all different and cannot be adapted. We do allow the inclusion of up to three readings, to be read by friends or family members. These will be placed throughout the ceremony in the order you add them to your preference form. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may also have short personal vows for after the ring exchange. Again, we will need to approve these so they will need to be added to your preference form or emailed to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How long do we have the space for?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ceremonies take between 25 and 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do we need an order of service?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

No, there is no need for an order of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
