If you are arriving separately that is fine, just stagger your arrivals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The registrar will need to speak to you privately to check the details to be entered in the register. You will also be asked to give your mother and father\u2019s full name and occupation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where can we park and what is the cost?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entry to the visitors\u2019 pay and display car parks are via Topsham Road. There are 96 spaces, which includes two disabled spaces. This is normally sufficient, but parking cannot be guaranteed, and you should allow yourself enough time to find alternative parking if necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The charges are:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>up to 30 minutes: free<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>between 30 minutes and 1 hour: \u00a31.10<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>between 1 hour and 2 hours: \u00a32.20<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These charges operate from Monday to Friday, between 8.00am and 4.00pm and are subject to change at any time. Please note that County Hall reception staff are not able to provide change for the parking meters. Payment may be made using cash, by phone or using the downloadable pay to park app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Blue Badge holders will be granted access through the barrier. For this we will need you to email us the registration plate number, along with your booking reference number, no later than two weeks before your ceremony. Emails should be sent to <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:ceremonies-mailbox@devon.gov.uk\"><strong>ceremonies-mailbox@devon.gov.uk<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please note that access cannot be granted if the registration plate details are not sent.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where should we go?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please follow the \u2018ceremonies\u2019 signs from the main reception to our dedicated waiting area within Bellair. The room has a small step so if a ramp is needed please email us in advance so we can provide this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where are the toilets?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are toilets within Bellair. Gentleman\u2019s toilets are downstairs and ladies upstairs. The disabled toilets are located near the disabled entrance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How many guests can we have?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This depends on the package you have booked. Statutory ceremonies are very strictly the couple and two witnesses only. Witnesses must be over the age of 16. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The other option is a ceremony with up to eight guests. This number must include any children, babies, photographers, or videographers you may have.
