It focuses on how asking questions and listening effectively to people is a vital role for us all.<br><br><a href=\"https:\/\/portal.e-lfh.org.uk\/myElearning\/Index?HierarchyId=0_35136&amp;programmeId=35136\" rel=\"noopener\">The MECC e-learning programme<\/a> comprises three sessions and should take around one hour to complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MECC in-person training<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Public Health Devon offers a three hour in-person MECC training session for voluntary and statutory organisations working in areas which are aligned to Devon\u2019s public health priorities. Please submit an expression of interest to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:publichealth-mailbox@devon.gov.uk\">publichealth-mailbox@devon.gov.uk<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MECC Link<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MECC Link is a simple but flexible &#8216;Very Brief Intervention&#8217; and signposting tool that has been carefully designed to support MECC.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MECC Link helps you to raise awareness, motivate and signpost people to help them to improve their health and wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the touch of a button you can access information on full range of self-care, national and local support services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mecclink.co.uk\/devon\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Access MECC Link<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MECC is an evidence-based approach to behaviour change.
