TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER <\/strong>2026<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTICE <\/strong>is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From:  Thursday 4 June 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To:      Thursday 3 December 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No persons shall proceed on the sections of the affected paths<\/strong> except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to those lengths of paths. The order will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Public rights of way affected:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FOOTPATHS No.4 & No.5, LANDKEY<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Footpath No. 4 – from the junction of Footpath 4 and Footpath 5, heading west, parallel to the existing treeline, to just beyond next hedge line<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Footpath No. 5 – from the junction of Footpath 4 and Footpath 5, heading north to the outer northern perimeter of the development site<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The alternative route is via a constructed temporary route signed on the ground, along the south, west and northern outer perimeter of the development site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The closure is necessary to enable the construction of a new housing development<\/p>\n\n\n\n
