{"id":3261,"date":"2026-04-23T09:44:21","date_gmt":"2026-04-23T08:44:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/prow\/?page_id=3261"},"modified":"2026-09-25T16:58:21","modified_gmt":"2026-09-25T15:58:21","slug":"kingswear-footpath-8-temporary-closure","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/prow\/rights-of-way-and-planning\/current-temporary-closures-of-paths\/kingswear-footpath-8-temporary-closure\/","title":{"rendered":"Kingswear Footpath 8 temporary closure"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 &#8211; SECTION 14<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>THE COUNTY OF DEVON<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(<\/strong><strong>FOOTPATH No. 8, KINGSWEAR<\/strong><strong>)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NOTICE <\/strong>is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The above Order, which came into force on Tuesday 21 April 2026, has been extended by the Secretary of State until Tuesday 20 April 2027 or until completion of the works, whichever is the sooner<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No persons shall proceed on the following public right of way except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of way.
