(FOOTPATH No. 13A, EXMINSTER)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTICE <\/strong>is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From:\u00a0 Thursday 5 March 2026
To:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Friday 4 September 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No persons shall proceed on the section of the affected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of path. The order will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner.
Public rights of way affected:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FOOTPATH No. 13A, EXMINSTER<\/strong> from Chudleigh Road to the new shared path.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exminster Footpath 13A temporary closure map<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The alternative route is via the pavement alongside Chudleigh Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The closure is necessary to enable development works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
