TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTICE <\/strong>is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From:  Tuesday 13 January 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To:      Sunday 12 July 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No persons shall proceed on the section of the affected unclassified road except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of way. The order will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner.

uUCR 306, Bere Ferrers – to and from Lopwell Dam<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is no alternative route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The temporary closure is necessary in the interest of public safety following a landslide and partial collapse of the path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
