{"id":2297,"date":"2024-03-21T09:54:18","date_gmt":"2024-03-21T09:54:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/prow-new\/?page_id=2297"},"modified":"2026-09-09T12:58:12","modified_gmt":"2026-09-09T11:58:12","slug":"east-portlemouth-bridleway-10-temporary-closure","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.devon.gov.uk\/prow\/rights-of-way-and-planning\/current-temporary-closures-of-paths\/east-portlemouth-bridleway-10-temporary-closure\/","title":{"rendered":"East Portlemouth Bridleway 10 temporary closure extension"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 &#8211; SECTION 14<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>(<\/strong><strong>BRIDLEWAY No. 10, EAST PORTLEMOUTH<\/strong><strong>)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NOTICE <\/strong>is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The order came into force on Monday 18 March 2024 and would have expired on Wednesday 17 September 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By direction of the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under Section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the order shall continue in force until Friday 17 September 2027 or until works have been completed, whichever is sooner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No persons or horse riders or cyclists shall proceed on the affected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of path.
