TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER <\/strong>2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

NOTICE <\/strong>is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.<\/p>\n

From:\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong>Wednesday 14 January 2026
\nTo:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Tuesday 14 July 2026<\/p>\n

No persons and horse riders shall proceed on the affected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of path. The order will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner.
\nPublic right of way affected:<\/p>\n

Bridleway No. 33, Membury for its entire length.<\/p>\n

Membury Bridleway temporary closure map\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

There is no alternative route.<\/p>\n

The closure is necessary due to surface erosion.<\/p>\n
