(FOOTPATH No. 13, THURLESTONE)

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2023

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.

The order came into force on Monday 19th June 2023 and would have expired on Monday 18th June 2024.

By direction of the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under Section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the order shall continue in force until Wednesday 18th December 2024 or until works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

No persons shall proceed on the section of the affected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of path.

Public right of way affected:

FOOTPATH No. 13, THURLESTONE from junction with Thurlestone Bridleway No. 12 through Worthy farm yard to stream

The alternative route is via marked route on the ground

The closure is necessary to allow safe access and renovation building works
