TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.
The order came into force on 1st June 2023 and would have expired on 30th November 2023.
By direction of the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under Section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the order shall continue in force until 30th November 2024 or until works have been completed, whichever is sooner.
No persons shall proceed on the section of the affected highway except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of highway.
