(FOOTPATH NO. 7 & 8, MORTEHOE)
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2024
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.
The order came into force on Thursday 14 November 2024 and would have expired on Tuesday 13 May 2025.
By direction of the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under Section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the order shall continue in force until Thursday 13 November 2025 or until works have been completed, whichever is sooner.
No persons shall proceed on the sections of the affected paths except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to those lengths of path. The order will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner.
Public rights of way affected:
Footpath No. 7 & 8, Mortehoe from the eastern edge of The Esplanades Car Park to Challacombe Hill Road.

The alternative route is north of the carpark adjacent to The Esplanades. The closure is necessary to complete construction related activities.
