BRIDLEWAY NO. 33, MEMBURY

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OFTRAFFICORDER 2021

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.

The order came into force on 2nd June 2021 and would have expired on 2nd December 2021.

By direction of the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under Section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the order shall continue in force until 1st June 2023 or until works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

No persons and/or horse riders shall proceed on the affected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of path.

Public rights of way affected:
BRIDLEWAY NO. 33, MEMBURY over its entire length.

There is no alternative route.

The temporary closure is necessary in the interest of public safety due to surface erosion.
