TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.
The order came into force on Monday 15th May 2023 and would have expired on Tuesday 14th May 2024
By direction of the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under Section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the order shall continue in force until Thursday 14th November 2024 or until works have been completed, whichever is sooner.
No persons shall proceed on the section of the affected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of path.
Public right of way affected:
Kilmington FP9 From its junction at Kilmington FP8 to the A35
Kilmington Footpath 9 temporary closure map
There is no alternative route.
The closure is necessary due to a dangerous bridge.
