(FOOTPATH No. 41, FREMINGTON)
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.
The above Order, which came into force Thursday 1 March 2023, has been extended by the Secretary of State until Monday 2 September 2024 or until completion of the works, whichever is the sooner.
No persons shall proceed on the section of the affected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of paths. The order will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner.
Public right of way affected:
FOOTPATH No. 41, FREMINGTON

The alternative route is via USING THE LANE ADJACENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT FOLLOWING THE ROUTE OF FREMINGTON FOOTPATH 102
The closure is necessary for the construction of a new residential development.
