TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.
The order came into force on Monday 12 September 2022 and would have expired on Monday 11 September 2023
By direction of the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under Section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the order shall continue in force until 10 March 2024 or until works have been completed, whichever is sooner.
No persons shall proceed on the section of the affected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of path.
Public rights of way affected:
FOOTPATH NO. 13, EXMINSTER from Chudleigh Road to a point approximately 200 metres to the east of the A379.

The alternative route is via the pavement alongside Chudleigh Road and the A379 and then along new estate roads.
The closure is necessary to enable the construction of a new pedestrian bridge and associated earthworks.
