TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.
The order came into force on Wednesday 22 March 2023 and would have expired on Friday 22 March 2024
By direction of the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under Section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the order shall continue in force until 22 September 2024 or until works have been completed, whichever is sooner.
No persons shall proceed on the section of the affected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of path. The order will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner.
Public right of way affected:
FOOTPATH No. 64, EXETER From Victoria Road to Parkfield Road
Exeter footpath temporary closure map
The alternative route is via Parkfield Way and The Shrubbery.
The closure is necessary to allow demolition and building works.
