FOOTPATH NO. 4, COLEBROOKE

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2021

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.

The order came into force on 9th April 2021 and would have expired on 9th October 2021.

By direction of the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under Section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the order shall continue in force until 9th July 2022 or until works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

No persons shall proceed on the affected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of path.

Public rights of way affected:
FOOTPATH NO. 4, COLEBROOKE over its entire length.

There is no alternative route.

The closure is necessary to enable track works associated with the proposed re-opening of the Okehampton line.
