TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council made the above titled order.
The order came into force on Wednesday 11 December 2024 and would have expired on Tuesday 10 June 2025. By direction of the Secretary of State in exercise of his powers under Section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the order shall continue in force until Thursday 11 December 2025 or until works have been completed, whichever is sooner.
No persons, horse riders or vehicles shall proceed on the section of the following public
highway except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of highway.
Highway affected:
COLATON RALEIGH, Unsurfaced County Road 307, Back Lane.

The alternative route is along lanes via Kingston.
The closure is necessary in the interest of the public safety.
