This autumn, the Department of Health and Social Care will be running an adult social care recruitment campaign to raise the image of the care sector and the job opportunities in care, aiming to support providers across the country to fill live vacancies.
To ensure this campaign is successful, The Department of Health and Social Care in partnership with Proud to Care SW, would like to consult with all adult social care employees through an online survey.
This will ensure the Department of Health and Social Care have a greater understanding of the current workforce and provide valuable information to support the design and the delivery of the national recruitment campaign.
