Housing with support forum

The countywide Housing with Support forum meets fortnightly on Wednesdays from 10am until 11am. It‘s a chance for organisations who provide supported living, enabling, extra care, shared lives and the homeless support services that are commissioned by DCC, to get together to discuss or raise any strategic or process issues rather than individual service users issues.
The main aim is to unblock any blocks we encounter when working across this market, escalate issues appropriately and basically join up our work better. If you deliver these services and would like to join the forum then please contact us: socialcarebusinessrelations-mailbox@devon.gov.uk

Future forum dates in 2021: 5 May, 19 May, 9 June, 23 June, 7 July, 21 July, 4 August, 18 August, 1 September, 15 September, 29 September, 13 October, 27 October, 10 November, 24 November, 8 December.

Mental Health Provider Forum

This is a meeting for mental health providers who offer services to working age adults and who DPT commission care from.
We meet quarterly and is an opportunity for providers who provide supported living, enabling services and residential care to raise issues with commissioners about what is relevant to service delivery. It is also an opportunity for providers to hear about developments within services across both health and social care. Guest speakers are a regular feature from across multiple agencies affecting adult social care provision.

The next forums are on Wednesday 14 July and 13 October, 1.30pm-4.30pm . If you are interested in joining the forum please contact angela.oreilly@nhs.net.

Personal Care Provider Forums

This is an open invitation for providers of personal care at home to attend the Devon County Council Personal Care Provider Forum. These are informal engagement opportunities for personal care providers, Devon County Council teams (Operations and Market Management) and NHS Devon CCG to get together to share and exchange information. These are core forums to update on emerging issues and concerns, to discuss market support offers and hear local system updates. They also serve as a helpful venue to exchange ideas and feedback from yourselves as providers.

The monthly forums will be held on the following Fridays:

23 July from 2.00pm to 3.00pm
20 August from 10.00am to 11.00am
24 September from 10.00am to 11.00am
