Trauma-Informed & Solution-Focused Practice Programme

Open across Devon to all community based, health and social care providers. Join us for 1 morning a month for 3 months. Book your place below. A partnership between the ICS and Zebra Collective, with the aim of raising awareness, understanding and use of trauma-informed (TI) & solution-focused (SF) practice across the integrated care system, offering the following fully funded opportunity:

How will the course run? Participants will meet monthly in cohorts of 16, for morning workshops (9.15am-1pm), on Microsoft Teams . When you book a place, you’re booking onto 3 sessions in the same cohort. Each cohort will comprise a mix of workers from across the partnership – so please book individually rather than with your team mates.

Programme content: Session 1: Understanding Trauma & Introduction to TI Practice   Session 2 & 3: TI Practice & SF Practice – further elucidation & skills development

Programme format: Sessions are interactive, e.g.: short presentations / video followed by small & large group discussions and reflections; reflective exercises, case studies etc.; skills practice. The starting point is to notice how TI & SF practice is already evident in your work & service. Then, in a safe and reflective space, we’ll examine the core wisdom in TI & SF practice.

Booking your place: When you book onto the programme, you’re booking onto 3 monthly sessions in the same cohort. Each cohort has set dates which are always on the same weekday. Please choose 1 cohort of dates (A-G) to attend. Book your place on your chosen cohort using the relevant link below
