HOPE, TrainingVirtual HOPE Programme specifically aimed at health and social care staff starting on Wednesday 3 March 2021. The course will be running every consecutive Wednesday for six weeks, 10.00am-12.00pm.
This course is aimed at staff who are perhaps feeling: anxious, stressed, overwhelmed, low in mood or who are just feeling that they would like some support and time to focus on their own health and wellbeing.
Please see the dates of the six sessions below: 3 March, 10 March, 17 March, 24 March, 31 March, 7 April.
