 nAs you may be aware\, new immigration rules came into effect on 9th April
  2025. Under these regulations\, any provider looking to fill a vacancy an
 d sponsor an individual must first attempt to recruit a worker from the re
 deployment pool.\n\nSince this date\, the South West region has been imple
 menting and refining this process\, which is detailed in the attached docu
 ment. As we continue to navigate and gain experience with the system\, adj
 ustments have been made\, including the addition of timescales\, to give y
 ou a clearer understanding of the expected duration of each stage.\n\nWe w
 ould like to invite you to a session where we will walk through the redepl
 oyment process\, answer any questions you may have\, and gather your thoug
 hts on potential improvements.\n\nPlease note that we will not be able to
