DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the next County Care Home Forum meeting on 
 Tuesday 16 August\, 2-3pm.  An open invitation to all care homes within 
 the Devon County Council footprint to regularly meet with Devon’s Market
  Management Team\, CCG\, commissioners and other professionals to share in
 formation on key topics of interest and concern\, hear about and get invol
 ved in care home commissioning work and find out more about other key nati
 onal and local care home priorities.\n\nWe will be working with DCHC (Devo
 n Care Home Collaborative) to finalise the agenda shortly.\n\nTo join the
