A programme to enable a knowledge base to be developed for progressing their career or remaining in their current role. For most learners this programme is building on a wealth of skills and experience already held.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fully funded Higher Development Award aims to provide experienced employees from the clinical and non-clinical workforce of acute, community and social care settings, with the opportunity to develop the core knowledge, skills, behaviours and values required to progress and practice safely within their roles. Online &amp; face to face delivery options available to meet your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Entry&nbsp;<\/strong><b>requirements<\/b>: This level 3 attracts funding under the free courses for jobs offer. For this it must be the learners first level 3, if they already have a level 3 or higher then they need to be on a low wage (under \u00a320,319) or are in receipt of benefits.&nbsp;The level 3 can be funded through an advanced learning loan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What will I learn? <\/strong>The Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Understanding Leadership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leading and Motivating a Team Effectively<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing Own Leadership Capability Using Action Learning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding and developing relationships in the workplace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Start Date: <\/strong>Week beginning 25th September 2023. 1 Day a fortnight over 12 weeks. The award includes support for functional skills and the opportunity to complete level one.
