They\u2019re also all good for the planet!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These steps can be built into everyday life \u2013 find the ways that work for you<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Connect<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Good relationships and connecting with others builds a sense of belonging and opportunities to share positive experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether it\u2019s attending a repair caf\u00e9, joining a local climate group, or simply chatting with others who care about nature, connection with others helps to build resilience. Follow <a href=\"https:\/\/devonclimateemergency.org.uk\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Devon Climate Emergency<\/a> (DCE) on social media to stay updated on local events, climate news, and ways to get involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Changes in working practices such as working from home can mean you feel disconnected from being in the same space as colleagues, or sitting still for longer with less movement around the workplace or on your commute.
