We are aware that some customers have been experiencing problems with making payments on their pre-paid card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our operations and finance teams are working closely with the pre-paid card supplier Pre-Paid Financial Services to deal with a significant issue that they have reported on their website.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Devon County Council has contacted Devon Card-users to make sure they\u2019re aware of the issue and to offer them support and guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are working with the Pre-Paid Financial Services to achieve a resolution as quickly as
