Lumi Nova: Tales of Courage<\/em> is an interactive game designed for children aged 7 to 12 with mild to moderate anxiety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It works on most smartphones and tablets and is already helping families across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What makes Lumi Nova unique is that it feels like a game, but it\u2019s based on proven therapeutic techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As children go on exciting space-themed adventures, they learn how to face their fears in small, manageable steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This approach, known as graded exposure, is a key part of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and it helps children build confidence and resilience over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parents are encouraged to support their child\u2019s journey through the game, helping them reflect on their progress and celebrate their achievements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The experience is designed to be age-appropriate, non-stigmatising, and empowering – giving children the tools to manage their anxiety in a way that feels natural and engaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lumi Nova also allows authorised professionals to track progress and outcomes, ensuring that the right support is in place when needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, it\u2019s important to note that Lumi Nova is not suitable for children with severe anxiety, those in crisis, or those at risk of self-harm without clinical supervision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
