We heard this week that we’ve retained our Disability Confident Employer registration, in employing and supporting disabled people to fulfil their potential at work.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The registration recognises the work that we do as an employer to recruit and support disabled people in our employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There’s more we can do to support disabled employees and so that our organisation celebrates diversity, where everyone can feel safe, well and able to be themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That’s why we’re taking further actions, including getting a better understanding of the needs of disabled and neurodiverse applicants and employees, and reviewing our recruitment and employment guidance relating to reasonable adjustments and the government’s access to work programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
