Our ‘Champions for Change’<\/a> are a group of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) who believe that children and young people\u2019s voices should be heard, not ignored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recently they invited Kellie Knott, SEND Strategic Director to one of their meetings to hear about the Four Cornerstones Approach and began thinking about their experiences of being welcomed and cared for, valued and included, well communicated with and of being equal partners. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The young people will be taking part in a focus group with Genuine Partnerships next month to continue this
