Young people across Devon aged 11-18 are being asked what matters most to them and who they want to represent those views on their behalf.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elections for the Devon UK Youth Parliament are underway, with young people aged 11-18 voting for their preferred candidate in each of four constituencies across the county.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can learn more about all the candidates by checking out their campaign videos<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Young people can vote at participating schools and youth centres. And if their school or local youth centre isn\u2019t registered as a polling station, they can email ukyouthparliament@devon.gov.uk<\/a> to obtain a code that will allow them to vote online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voting will close on 3 March, with the new Youth Parliament team set to be announced by mid-March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Young people are also being asked their views on the nation\u2019s most pressing issues, in consultation running alongside Devon\u2019s UK Youth Parliament elections.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The consultation, called Make Your Mark, and the discussions and topics coming from it, will also help shape the work of the Devon UK Youth Parliament team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voters to the Devon UK Youth Parliament elections will be asked to complete the Make Your Mark survey.   But any young people who are not part of a school or youth group registered as a polling station can complete the Make Your Mark survey online<\/a>. Voting is open until 28
