We heard this week that we’ve retained our Disability Confident Employer registration, in employing and supporting disabled people to fulfil their potential at work.
The registration recognises the work that we do as an employer to recruit and support disabled people in our employment.
There’s more we can do to support disabled employees and so that our organisation celebrates diversity, where everyone can feel safe, well and able to be themselves.
That’s why we’re taking further actions, including getting a better understanding of the needs of disabled and neurodiverse applicants and employees, and reviewing our recruitment and employment guidance relating to reasonable adjustments and the government’s access to work programme.
