If you are experiencing mental ill-health and are looking for support, please start by talking to your doctor. Your doctor may refer you to specialist support.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are a number of organisations and projects that specialise in offering mental health support to asylum seekers, refugees and migrant workers.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boloh works with asylum seekers across the UK, supporting their mental health and wellbeing.
