The proposed road will assist in unlocking land identified for housing developments.<br \/>\nIt should be noted that this project is a Teignbridge District Council (TDC) project that DCC are assisting with the delivery of in regard to the design of a proportion of the road and bridge, procurement and site supervision. The masterplan for the road\/bridge has already been undertaken with consultation phases having occurred via TDC.
